He called yesterday morning, and they made it to LA just fine. They're staying in a cotel with many Europeans -- he said the place was full of Belgians.

I don't think they have many plans, other than to lie on the beach. He was hoping to come back looking like a bronzed god, but his mommy undermined him by getting him a bunch of spf 45 sunblock, so he'll probably be just as pasty pale as all of us Minnesotans when he gets home next Monday.
