I've been boing-boinged!

Yeesh—I get a brief, tangential mention on Boing-boing, and zoom, 500 visits per hour. And wouldn't you know it, they're all here for octopus sex. I might as well face it, my claim to fame is going to be as a pornographer to nerds. So here you go, all in one place, these are the articles that seem to get requested an awful lot in strange google searches. Indulge yourself, but please don't go blind…reading them, that is.

Tentacle sex
Octopus sex
Worm porn
Fish courtship and sex
Mother's milk
Anatomy and physiology of the testicle
Breasts exposed
A father's day salute to the testicle!
Testicle development
The X-Ray Penis Thingy controversy
And, since Jaquandor mentioned it, some bones in a curious pose, although I didn't leave enough text cues in that one to get many google hits to it.

I'm just an unrepentant panderer, I guess. One can always hope at least a few will browse the science category for a while.

I once followed a link to http://www.dolphinsex.org thinking it was a page on the sexual behavior of dolphins.

Turned out it was actually a page describing how to have sex with a dolphin.

Hey, beats not being famous at all, doesn't it?

BTW, do you still tweak the astrologers on USENET, or are you spending all your on-line time with your weblog these days?

And don't forget that picture of two T-Rex skeletons "doing the dirty" in that museum! You gotta link that one in this post (mainly, I admit, because in that post you linked my blog).

About all I do on usenet anymore is to browse talk.origins regularly. The SNR is just too low in most newsgroups.

Better believe it. Where else can I find a blog with an article displaying election maps distorted by population density, followed by an article about the "evangelical christian death-cult" followed by an article with detailed summary of the recent eye-volution research findings.

You must be great at parties, PZ!

You'd think so, wouldn't you? But no, it's rare to find anyone who can appreciate my special perspective.

See? I blame my audience.
