I was rooting for the crab.

That first shot reminds me how beautiful the Olympic Peninsula is.
I have no dog in the fight between crab and bird. Just another sign of the designer hard at work pulling the strings in the earth's vast puppet show.... not.

I was hoping the crab would survive the battle. It did put up quite a fight. It pinched that seagull with all it had! Yes, it certainly proves the designer's hand is a mighty cruel thing to behold. The designer must not like crab very much. Probably had a bad louie once.
