New FEMA head?

I'm willing to support ogged's run, but I wonder if he is qualified. Does ogged have the required levels of incompetence? Is a former roommate good friends with a high-ranking member of the administration? Did he ever treat W to a beer and a lap dance at the local strip club, or buy him a bag of weed?

1. Hey... I ran horse shows for the California Dressage Society once upon a time... I'm at least as qualified as "Brownie". Actually, I'm better qualified -- nobody fired me (urm... asked me to resign) because of improprieties!
